About Us
The Anand group laid its foundation at the same time when India was laying foundation of a great nation after 1947. The founding father Late Shri Ram Prakash Anand started the group with a small cloth retail & wholesale business based in Solan, Himachal Pradesh. He put its heart and soul into small business endeavors, all the while educating people on the value of money. The flagship retail/wholesale store Anand Bhandar was setup in 1948, while the real estate division was started in 1967. Realty and retail have the core strengths of the group ever since.
Today, it is a diversified SME that deals with automotive, education, hospitality, reality, agriculture and media. With annual turnover of over USD 50 Million, our biggest asset is brand equity which is synonym with Quality and Trust.
